This is the structure Sidera is being built to have. It is drawn to be read, not screenshotted from anything — nothing below is running, and nothing in it is real project data.

The document, file, or surface being worked on right now stays the dominant thing in the project. Everything else is context around it.

- The room
- The project is the thing that persists. It is not a folder, a chat history, or a model's memory — those are all replaceable, and the room is what they are replaceable against.
- The artifact
- Whatever is being worked on right now stays dominant. Sidera's own surface stays quiet and contextual around it rather than competing with it.
- Direction
- Models, files, repositories and human judgment come to the project. The project is never shown inside a tool, or as one node among equals, because that is not where it lives.
- Branches
- Exploration should not endanger the main line. A branch can run in isolation, be abandoned without residue, or return deliberately. A second person is one more axis of the same isolation.
- Authority
- The owner approves what enters the project and what is acted on. Nothing proceeds on the assumption that approval can be inferred.
A drawing, not a product.
Nothing above exists as a running interface. The diagram states an intended structure and the site will not suggest otherwise — there is no build of this to use, by anyone, including in a group.
Whether the shipped product adopts this layout is a product decision and remains open. What is finished is published on the build record, and the commitments behind it are on the principles page.
