Sidera is looking for a small number of people with real long-running projects, who feel the reconstruction tax of returning to work spread across models, chats, repositories, files, and devices.

That includes groups, not only individuals. Development teams and research groups whose work converges on one project lose the same thing on return, more often — what one person reconstructed is not what another reconstructed. Sidera is being built for independent working state over a shared project. None of that is usable yet by anyone.
