A website, not a product.
These terms cover this website only. There is no Sidera product to sign up for, no account to hold, and nothing here takes payment — so this page stays as short as that fact allows.
- 01 What this site is
- A public, informational website about Sidera, which is in development and not available. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a contract, a warranty, or a commitment to ship any capability by any date. The build record states what has been verified; it does not promise what comes next.
- 02 Who publishes it
- Sidera is an independent project and is not incorporated. There is no company entity behind these pages, and none is claimed. If that changes, this page changes with it and the change appears in the build record.
- 03 Accuracy, and its limits
- Every public capability statement passes a claims register before it appears, and statements are dated. The site is still provided as it is: it may contain errors, it describes work in progress, and it may be changed or corrected at any time without notice. Nothing on it should be relied on as professional advice or as a basis for a decision with consequences.
- 04 What you may do with it
- Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it freely. Quoting the build record is expressly fine — it is published to be checked. What is not permitted is republishing pages wholesale as your own, or using the Sidera name, wordmark, or mark to suggest endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.
- 05 What belongs to whom
- The text, the visual system, the wordmark, and the mark are the work of Sidera and its founder. Third-party names appearing on this site are the marks of their respective owners and are used descriptively; their appearance is not a claim of integration, partnership, or endorsement in either direction.
- 06 No liability
- The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Sidera is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or anything linked from it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- 07 Links out
- Where this site links elsewhere, it does not control and is not responsible for what is there.
- 08 Changes
- These terms may change as the project does. The current version is the one on this page. Material changes are recorded in the build record rather than made silently.
